Are You Listening??

Hey,
It feels like we’re constantly being slammed with vibration-disrupting distractions (and we rebuke that!). As much as Nachi and I talk about don’t get distracted by the smoke and mirrors—we’re really talking to ourselves. And we get it—when you don’t involve yourself with these low vibrating news sources you feel like you could be missing out or you’re being selfish in some form because it seems like you don’t care.
But ask yourself this, how does your energy getting sucked into the bullsh!t help anyone else? Seriously? When was the last time you tapped into yourself and checked on you? When was the last time you were still and listened to your gut—your intuition—and just sat with it.
My intuition tells me to detach from certain news cycles (and when I do engage I remind myself to observe and not absorb). My intuition tells me to be still and follow what I feel ‘feels’ right for me. What is your intuition telling you?
